Questions regarding Option Pricing:

Can I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel your EFT aggreement with us at anytime, however, if it is prior to the end of your monthly time commitment, a penalty will be assessed with your final charge.

How much is the cancelation penalty?

This amount will be calculated on the difference in Joining Fee and the monthly fees of the option you originally chose and the amount of time you were actually registered.

After my time commitment do I have to sign up again?

Your account will remain active beyond your time commitment until otherwise requested by you.
